INSAFEA Terms of Service

Welcome to INSAFEA (the "Service"), provided by [Company / Operator name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing Tokens or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

1. The Service

1.1 The Service offers AI image generation, AI video generation, AI chat, manga translation, image captioning and related upload and management tools. Available features, models and prices are as shown on the site at the time of use.

1.2 Generation is processed by third-party AI providers, which have their own usage policies and content moderation. We cannot guarantee results, availability or uninterrupted service.

1.3 We may add, change or discontinue features, models and prices. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

2. Accounts

2.1 You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.2 The Service is only for adults aged 18 or over with full legal capacity.

2.3 Sharing, selling or lending accounts, automated mass registration and any abuse of the Service are prohibited.

2.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Tokens already used by a suspended account are not refunded.

3. Tokens, Memberships and Payment

3.1 The Service is priced in Tokens. The estimated cost is shown before each generation; the actual deduction is calculated by our system.

3.2 Memberships are time-limited plans. Tokens included in a plan expire when the plan ends; additionally purchased Tokens are used as described on the site.

3.3 Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example convenience-store payment codes or PayPal). Prices and plan contents are as shown on the site at the time of payment.

3.4 Tokens deducted for a task that fails or is blocked by content moderation are refunded automatically.

3.5 Tokens and memberships are digital content supplied immediately. Unless required by law or otherwise announced by us, payments are non-refundable and Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash. For duplicate payments or system errors, please contact support.

3.6 Overseas providers and no refunds (important): all models and features are connected through APIs to overseas providers, who supply the technology; we do not provide generation results or technical capability ourselves and are not responsible for results. The Token credit you pay for is exchanged by paying the providers in cryptocurrency, and once exchanged it cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled. We will keep adding and changing providers, many of which only accept cryptocurrency.

3.7 What you buy is access to the current version. Providers may update, change, raise prices, suspend or remove models and features at any time, and results may change as a result; we offer no refund or compensation for this. Please start with a small purchase and buy more only after confirming the results meet your needs. A pre-payment notice is shown before every payment and you must tick to agree before checking out.

4. Invite Program

4.1 You may share your invite code. After a friend registers with your code, each time they purchase Tokens or a membership, both of you may receive bonus Tokens at the rate announced on the site.

4.2 Bonus Tokens are granted only after a payment has actually succeeded. Tokens obtained improperly (for example forged payments, multiple accounts or inviting yourself) may be revoked and the accounts suspended.

4.3 We may change or end the invite program at any time; Tokens already granted are not affected.

5. Acceptable Use (Important)

5.1 You must not use the Service to create, upload or distribute:

  • any sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content involving minors;
  • nude or sexualized content of real people, or face swaps / synthetic images of real people without their consent;
  • instructions for making weapons, explosives, drugs or anything else that endangers public safety;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy or other rights;
  • fraud, impersonation, malware, or any other illegal or harmful content.

5.2 To comply with the law and third-party provider policies, we apply content safety rules to requests and may remove content and restrict or terminate violating accounts.

5.3 You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads and generated results. Results do not represent our views, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

6. Uploads and Generated Results

6.1 You must have the rights to everything you upload (including reference images, character library, training material and manga pages), and it must not infringe anyone's rights.

6.2 You allow us to store, process and send your uploads to third-party AI providers only as needed to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your content for unrelated purposes or publish it.

6.3 You may use generated results to the extent permitted by law, but you must check yourself whether commercial use is allowed and whether any rights are infringed. Results and uploads are kept for a limited period and may then be deleted automatically, so please download your own copies.

7. Intellectual Property

The site, interface, software, trademarks and brand assets belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for your particular needs.

8.2 We are not liable for damage caused by third-party providers, network problems, force majeure or your own actions.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the damage occurred.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with its update date. For material changes you may be asked to agree again; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The [Taiwan Taipei District Court] shall be the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
